Code blue Nurses is in its ninth year promoting the need for recognition of Specialist Nurses. Whilst the ownership of the company are bias toward Critical Care Nurses as we are also Critical care nurses, we promote the need for all specialties to be recognised. This is clear in our international approach to all Critical care nurses as a global body of nurses with the same issues regarding recognition of their skills We do not believe in the generic nurse and one size fits all. Specialist nurses in particular who have undergone their specialist training deserve greater recognition of their skill and practice. This recognition must someday come in the form of a pay and benefits structure within all awards that sets aside a specific classification for nurses who have entered this level of their career. Without this there will be no incentive to remain in a system that realise more on goodwill from nurses than acceptable levels of remuneration. We are a nursing agency based in Australia's major capital cities and are currently setting up operations in New Zealand and London.
